Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the contact, company, location, pallet, service, attribution, and optional photo information you provide. Technical security and basic traffic information may be processed by Cloudflare.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review and respond to pallet requests, evaluate service fit, protect the form from abuse, understand lead sources, and improve the website.
Service providers
Lead information is transmitted to our lead database provider. Website traffic, security, server processing, and optional file storage use Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Photo retention
Optional pallet photos are stored under non-guessable identifiers and retained only as needed to evaluate and follow up on the associated request, subject to operational and legal needs.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing the request form. Certain records may be retained when reasonably required for security, legal, or operational purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit payment details, identification documents, or unrelated sensitive information.
