Describe normal and peak flow
Record how often pallets arrive, which footprints recur and how the mix changes during busy periods. Separate a one-off cleanup from the stream expected afterward. A recurring quote needs a realistic range, not only the largest recent count.
Assign the staging and contact plan
Name the person who authorizes collection and the person available at the loading area. Describe staging space, loading equipment, access windows and how mixed or damaged material is separated. Confirm the arrangement for missed appointments or changing stock.
Agree how changes are communicated
Define what triggers a collection request and who reconfirms availability. Changes in volume, access, island routing or receiving acceptance may require a different plan. A submitted form does not by itself establish a scheduled service agreement.
Keep these questions together
- Map normal and peak volume
- Assign staging space
- Set escalation contacts
